Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related professional experience or Master's degree with fewer years.
• Strong working knowledge of EVMS principles and EVMS software (Deltek Cobra).
• Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating.
• Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines.
• Experience with financial analysis and/or cost analysis reporting.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financials, including forecasting, revenue, OM, cash, reporting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance and integrate cost/schedule/technical data.
• Generate monthly documentation to customers including IPMDAR & CSDR reporting.
• Set up and monitor cost control systems; track costs and schedules on contracts needing cost/schedule control.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Partner with Program Manager to Baselining and EAC workbooks.
• Incorporate EVMS methodology to support performance measurement and EAC/ETC analysis.
• Support PMO in VAR process and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, forecasts, and conduct financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and monitor trends to inform Program Management decisions.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems and maintain baselines.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual EACs and percent completion.
• Develop program risks and opportunities related to cost overruns and delays.
• Monitor and manage EAC workbooks and percent complete.
• Communicate financial status to leadership and customers; share knowledge with peers.
