Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an accomplished Senior Program Analyst to drive data-driven analytics and program performance outcomes. You will work with business units, program staff and FP&A to support planning, variance analysis, and internal reporting requirements, interfacing with accounting, contracts and procurement to address EAC, forecasts, backlog and unbilled analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related professional experience OR Master's with fewer years.
• Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and EVMS software (Deltek Cobra).
• Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating.
• Experience delivering data with strict deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data with critical thinking.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financials: forecasting, revenue, margins, cash, and reporting.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and cost/schedule/technical integration.
• Produce monthly reports including IPMDAR & CSDR.
• Set up and maintain cost control systems and monitor costs/schedules.
• Analyze variances and ensure alignment with negotiated parameters.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on baselining and EAC workbooks.
• Support VAR and PMO budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide timely financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Incorporate contract changes into baselines and perform EACs.
