Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related professional experience or Master's with fewer years.
• Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and EVMS software (Deltek Cobra).
• Experience in cost management, finance management, or pricing & estimating.
• Experience successfully managing and producing data with strict deadlines.
• Experience with financial analysis and/or cost analysis reporting.
• Strong PC skills and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze data, and strong critical thinking skills.
• The ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage program financials including forecasting, revenue, operating margin, cash, reporting and analysis.
• Implement and maintain EVMS compliance, including cost/schedule/technical integration.
• Generate monthly CDRLs to the customer including IPMDAR & CSDR reporting.
• Set up and maintain cost control systems; monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters and government guidelines.
• Partner with the Program Manager to baselining programs and EAC workbooks; support EAC/ETC analyses.
• Incorporate EVMS methodology to support performance measurement and program financial analysis.
• Support PMO in Variance Analysis Reporting process.
