Qualifications

• Ability to articulate measurable impact on delivery efficiency, team output, or customer outcomes.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-facing delivery for flagship engagements and manage the client relationship at the CxO level.
• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, scope, and budget for programs with $10M+ value.
• Surface risk early, drive decisions, and align IT strategy, governance, and partnerships.
• Coach and uplift cross-functional Salesforce teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
