Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of project management experience, or Master’s with 2 years.
• PM certification may be required.
• Degree equivalency clause applies.

Responsibilities

• Architect statewide program execution across Florida, scheduling and facilitating regional presentations.
• Direct planning and delivery of statewide nursing leadership conferences and forums.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Outreach, MarCom, and Project Management teams.
• Provide program governance, budgeting, and multi-year planning oversight.
• Advise executive leadership on industry trends and policy impacts.
