Job summary

The University of South Florida is seeking a Program Coordinator within USF Health OFAA to coordinate a portfolio of faculty development programs across the academic lifecycle. You will collaborate with colleges, units, and external partners to ensure high-quality experiences, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with flexibility to support programs outside standard hours and occasional travel across USF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree Equivalency Clause described for SB 1310 compliance.
• Related work experience may not substitute for required licensure or degree.
• Minimum qualifications exempt from SB 1310 when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of a portfolio of faculty development programs across USF Health.
• Serve as central point of contact for faculty, leadership, and program participants.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to support program offerings.
• Collect and track program data and prepare leadership reports for decision-making.
• Support development of new initiatives aligned with institutional priorities.
