The communications and marketing officer will elevate the Florida Center for Nursing (FCN) brand through comprehensive communication and marketing strategies that advance FCN priorities. Reporting to the associate director of communications and marketing at FCN, this role is responsible for managing the processes related to marketing project management, social media, website strategy and maintenance, and multimedia production. The communications and marketing officer will ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all platforms in alignment with FCN brand standards. This person will develop a deep understanding of FCN priorities and be able to advance those priorities through impactful marketing and communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of experience in related positions; or a Master's degree in the fields listed above. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.
