Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
• SB 1310 permits substitution of work experience for postsecondary education requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan statewide engagement: coordinate regional presentations and educational initiatives across Florida.
• Oversee nursing workforce development programs to recruit, retain, and use resources effectively.
• Manage advisory boards, committees, and task forces to support program goals.
• Collaborate with Outreach, MarCom, and Project Management to plan industry events and conferences.
