Job summary

Florida Philanthropic Network in Tampa seeks a Director of Programs & Member Engagement to lead member programming and engagement initiatives across Florida. You will design learning agendas, align programs with strategy, and collaborate with staff, consultants and volunteers to advance FPN’s mission.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of philanthropy/nonprofit experience, exceptional communication and analytic skills, and proven success in program development, evaluation and learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years’ experience in philanthropy, nonprofit sector, membership association, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of philanthropy/nonprofits and understanding of grantmaking challenges.
• Experience with adult education, professional development and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of member programming and learning opportunities.
• Oversee program evaluation and learning outcomes across initiatives.
• Strengthen member relationships and recruitment/retention in collaboration with Team FPN.
• Provide leadership for special projects and represent FPN with stakeholders.
