MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years leading large capital programs, including oversight of $25M–$150M projects and teams. Preference for higher education, municipal, and K-12 facilities. You’ll lead planning, procurement, construction, and closeout to meet client goals, budget, and schedule.

You will direct a large PM team, coordinate with consultants, and engage senior stakeholders to drive governance and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years leading large, complex capital programs.
• Experience with programs $500M+ and projects $25M–$150M.
• Background in higher education, municipal or K-12 facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for a portfolio of design, procurement, and construction projects.
• Direct program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout activities.
• Lead a large PM team and coordinate consultants, designers, and construction managers.
• Engage with client executives and stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Establish governance, drive decisions, and ensure clear communication across the organization.
