The role emphasizes client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and ongoing professional development.

Ideal candidates will have progressive construction management experience, a BS in a related field, and professional registration preferred.

• K-12 education and/or construction management experience
• Detailed knowledge of construction management and project controls
• Familiarity with scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing a project team and coordinating design, contractor, and owner personnel
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and management for client and internal budgets
• Analyze and optimize internal and external processes
• Conduct site visits and propose solutions to engineering problems
• Provide project management on small to mid-size projects
• Monitor project budgets, margins, and utilization forecasts
• Participate in professional association meetings and stay current with industry trends
• Maintain certifications and re-certifications
