Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Program Director to lead one or more large-scale, mixed-use programs valued up to $5B. You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and delivery oversight across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder outcomes, ensuring alignment with Parsons' objectives.

You'll oversee program execution, manage client relationships, negotiate changes, and drive the creation of essential plans and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering and typically 25+ years of related work experience is required.
• Significant project management, delivery management, and technical management assignments at the Senior level are required.
• Professional registration and Parsons’ project management certification requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and management for every phase of large projects or programs to assure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Acts as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution.
• Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Collaborates with Business Development to market and secure additional work with client.
• Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned projects.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
