Job summary

Parsons is seeking a visionary Program Director to lead the Facilities Assessment and Planning Group in the USA, driving growth and client partnerships. You’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, advancing capital improvement programs and master plans for universities, hospitals, cities, and corporations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Construction Management (or related field) and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
• Experience in facility asset and condition assessments, facility master planning, and capital improvement planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and update the group’s strategy to attract new clients and expand services.
• Develop annual business plans and oversee business development and proposals.
• Identify, target, and sell CM and PM services, converting FCA contracts into ongoing contracts with BD support.
• Lead negotiations for prime- and sub-contracts and manage a diverse North America portfolio.
• Build integrated sales strategies to expand existing client relationships and meet capital project needs.
