Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Prime Program within the Digital Technology PMO. This hybrid role supports Cedar Rapids, Charlotte, Windsor Locks or Richardson, with travel up to 25% and collaboration across RTX/Collins teams.

Responsibilities include portfolio execution, risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder communications, partnering with DT leaders and functional partners to achieve program milestones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position .(U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
• Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio.
• Drive processes and meeting cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• You will manage the program financials by working with controllers, financial analysts and functional leads across Digital Technology.
