Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Richardson, TX, is seeking an experienced program manager to lead multi-million dollar projects within Digital Technology. This hybrid role requires coordinating scope, schedules, risks and financials across diverse teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage program financials, and develop integrated schedules with milestones. Travel up to 25% and a strong background in infrastructure and software development are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position .(U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder)..
• Must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes and cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the portfolio.
• Manage the program financials by working with controllers, financial analysts and functional leads across Digital Technology. Analyzing the data to ensure teams are delivering to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and development of integrated schedules and milestone commitments.
• Lead teams to development and implement effective risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead teams to develop effective stakeholder communications.
