Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
• Willing to travel 25% of the time.
• 3+ years’ experience with project management oversight of infrastructure and software development initiatives.
• 3+ years’ experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio, managing scope, risk, opportunity, and financial reporting.
• Analyze data with controllers and analysts to ensure teams deliver to plan across Digital Technology.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource assignments and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and issue resolution.
• Lead teams to develop effective stakeholder communications.
