Job summary

Procon is a top-ranked construction management and technology solutions consulting firm seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Washington, DC area. You will lead complex federal construction and facilities projects from planning through completion, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, a bachelor's degree, and at least six years of experience in fast-paced federal environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Six years of experience managing complex construction, renovation, or facilities projects.
• Experience developing PM plans and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Ability to prepare concise project status reports for executives.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management across organizations.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, submittals, and documentation.
• Experience with federal construction, facilities, or infrastructure programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive PM plans for construction/facility projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Review designs and modifications for compliance with objectives and requirements.
• Coordinate design and construction activities from planning to completion.
• Ensure effective communication and issue resolution across field teams.
• Conduct field inspections for quality and code compliance.
• Prepare weekly status reports for teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support acquisition documentation and contract modifications as needed.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions for successful delivery.
