Job summary

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of six years managing complex construction, renovation, or facilities projects.
• Experience developing PM plans and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive PM plans for construction/facility projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and technicians.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Review designs and modifications for compliance with objectives and specs.
• Support design and construction from planning through completion.
• Prepare weekly status reports and updates for stakeholders.
