Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our Federal Solutions team. You will be accountable for technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects, and act as the primary company representative to clients and the public.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 15+ years experience in lieu) and a Secret clearance, with experience on >$50M complex construction projects. CCM or PMP certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience; degree can be substituted for 15+ years experience.
• Experience on greater than $50M complex, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied projects.
• Expert knowledge of the planning and budgeting anddesign process, including all phases from strategic operational/logistical planning/budgeting, procurementstrategy and implementation, end user, project team and public communications and close out.
• Must possess a active/current Secret clearance or above.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports, correspondence, if requested.
• Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, design, engineering issues, brief clients and management personnel; submit examples, if requested.
• Ability to compute construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested.
• Must have a CCM or PMP certification
