The Staten Island YMCA Counseling Service is seeking a Senior Program Director. The Senior Program Director will ensure that the administrative, clinical day-to-day, and overall operations of the Branch’s programs and services are executed effectively, utilizing best practices while maintaining fiscal health and contract compliance. The role includes oversight of clinical and leadership staff to meet the program’s goals. Additionally, the Senior Program Director will collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic projects to advance the agency’s operations and clinical functions.
