  2. Program Strategy & Implementation: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans, program schedules, budgets, and staffing models. Monitor progress toward milestones and adjust as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  3. Integrated Care Model Oversight: Champion a population health approach by leading cross-functional teams in delivering coordinated, client-centered care across behavioral health and primary services.
  4. Team Supervision & Development: Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to clinical and administrative staff. Oversee hiring, onboarding, supervision, and performance management in alignment with agency values and labor agreements.
  5. Revenue Cycle & Budget Management: Ensure efficiency in front-end revenue cycle activities, including insurance eligibility, scheduling, and provider productivity. Monitor and manage program expenditures and revenue to meet fiscal goals.
  6. Quality & Compliance Oversight: Utilize performance data to drive continuous quality improvement (CQI), risk management, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies.
  7. Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the program’s primary liaison with senior leadership, community partners, funders, and evaluation teams. Lead stakeholder meetings and ensure transparency and accountability across all levels.
  8. Recruitment & Retention: Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, fostering a culture of leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
  9. Trauma-Informed Clinical Leadership: Ensure delivery of compassionate, culturally competent care aligned with trauma-informed best practices and CCBHC guidelines.

Requirements:
