FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a seasoned manager to lead New Jersey program management for reliability initiatives in the Holmdel, NJ area, with potential for other NJ locations. You will drive scheduling, approvals, budget, and stakeholder alignment to deliver EnergizeNJ and RIP programs.

The role requires strategic thinking, program leadership, and collaboration across multiple departments to achieve customer reliability objectives and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline and minimum 7 years related work experience.
• Non-degreed candidates with over fifteen years of related largescale project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead scheduling, project management, construction management, program forecasting and regulatory reporting for FE NJ programs.
• Develop, standardize, optimize and track program effectiveness and benefits realization.
• Set strategic vision and goals, establish workplans and accountability.
• Coordinate with strategy, finance, and regulatory teams to deliver program outcomes.
