FirstEnergy, headquartered in Akron, Ohio, seeks a Program Manager – Reliability Performance to coordinate reliability programs within the annual capital and O&M budgets. You’ll work with Engineering, Operations, Work Management, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Finance, Project Management or related discipline with 2+ years of distribution experience.
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Finance, Project Management or related discipline with 3+ years distribution experience.
• High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years related utility distribution experience.
• 2 years of project management experience required.
• Strong analytical and KPI-tracking abilities; proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and tracking of reliability work tied to the annual budget.
• Monitor and report performance against reliability KPIs (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, and completion metrics).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Work Management, and Operations teams.
• Track budget performance and ensure financial accountability.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive accountability for completion of assigned work.
• Support forecasting and prioritization adjustments.
• Coordinate design readiness and execution.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support the FE storm process.
