Job summary

You will drive scheduling, forecasting, and regulatory reporting, while aligning strategy with execution across multiple teams. You will oversee a diverse group including engineers and analysts, mentor staff, and ensure projects meet timelines and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 7+ years related work experience in large-scale project/program management.
• Non-degreed candidates with 15+ years of project management experience may be considered.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive results in changing conditions.
• Experience leading cross-functional systems and strategic programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, project management, construction management, forecasting, safety, quality and regulatory reporting for NJ program.
• Standardize, optimize, implement and track program effectiveness and benefits.
• Set strategic vision and workplans; hold teams accountable to commitments.
• Coordinate with strategy, finance and regulatory teams to deliver collaboration and results.
• Manage a team of program managers, engineers and analysts involved in NJ Reliability Programs.
• Provide mentorship and ensure efficient team performance.
• Coordinate procurement plans and vendor relationships to maximize value.
