Job summary

FirstEnergy seeks a seasoned program management leader for New Jersey Reliability Improvement Programs. Based in Holmdel, NJ, you will own strategy, planning, and oversight of EnergizeNJ and related initiatives, driving reliability, resiliency and efficiency while coordinating with a matrix of engineers, analysts and stakeholders.

You will set goals, manage budgets, monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery, while fostering collaboration with strategy, finance and regulatory teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
• 7+ years related work experience in large-scale project/program management.
• Non-degreed candidates with 15+ years experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, project management, construction management, program forecasting, safety, quality and regulatory reporting for NJ program.
• Standardize, optimize, implement and track program effectiveness.
• Set strategic vision and concrete goals for program development and execution.
• Develop plans aligning with organizational goals, evaluate risks and opportunities.
