Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management in Professional Services. The role leads client-facing programs, coordinating across Zebra teams and executives to deliver successful deployments and business outcomes.

The position requires 12+ years in program management, strong leadership, and PMP/PgMP preferred, with a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) setup and travel. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years’ experience in program/project management or related customer-facing roles.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a direct people leadership role.
• Must reside in the US, within a drivable distance to Kennesaw, GA and be able to work hybrid.
• PMP/PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client-facing programs and ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Coordinate across Zebra teams and client stakeholders to deliver programs.
• Present risks, progress, and recommendations to senior Zebra and client executives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans with risk management.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve strategic objectives.
