Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to guide cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering and Operations. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and align senior leadership on milestones.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements with office locations in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY, plus remote days. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of program management experience and strong communication, facilitation and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of program management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports early stage go-to-market activities and transition to marketing.
• Plans and directs schedules; oversees budget/spending; develops project plans for moderate to significant scope.
• Leads cross-functional teams including Offer/Product Management, Engineering, Service/Support; sets timelines and budgets.
• Oversees work of the project team; coordinates meetings and documents progress.
• Provides concise status updates to senior management; ensures milestone alignment with leaders.
• Balances scope, schedule and budget to meet business objectives; assumes accountability for success.
