Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Connected Frontline Senior Director of Technical Program Management to lead portfolio execution across Mobile Computing, Software Solutions, and CTO initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, IT and Operations to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and drive delivery of hardware, software, and cloud offerings from concept through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly quantitative related field.
• 20+ years of experience in product development, including NPI, GTM launches, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading R&D program execution or PMO delivery across hardware and software.
• 7+ years people management experience managing global PMO organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic direction of the Connected Frontline PMO in alignment with objectives.
• Translates portfolio strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and operational readiness for complex programs.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery practices and data-driven execution across PMO.
• Sponsor strategic cross-functional transformation initiatives improving software and solutions delivery.
• Provide executive oversight and portfolio insights to support decisions.
• Develop leaders and retain top-tier PMO talent across geographies.
