Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; Master’s preferred.
- 12+ years in engineering/program management in fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading cloud-based software programs.
- Minimum 3 years as a people leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead rollout and evolution of a platform product across the portfolio.
- Drive cross-organizational teams for go-to-market and continuous delivery.
- Manage core platform team, including performance and delivery outcomes.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to reduce fragmentation.
- Communicate status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
