Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management to lead the strategy and execution of a centralized cloud-based device management platform. The role requires coordination across product and engineering leaders to enable a unified customer experience while integrating legacy systems.

The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office days at Holtsville, NY, and remote work in the US.

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required.
Master's degree preferred.
12+ years in Engineering/Program management for products in fast paced environment, including 2 years as team supervisor/manager.
Minimum 12+ years’ experience in product development required.
Experience with leading or managing Cloud-based software required.
Minimum 3+ years experience in a people leader role required.

Responsibilities

Lead rollout and continuous evolution of a platform product, owning strategy, architecture and execution across the platform portfolio.
Drive cross‑functional teams that support Go-To-Market in support of continuous delivery and high up-time performance.
Deliver ongoing monthly releases using Lifecycle Management process with a high-quality, customer-facing solution.
Manage and lead the core platform team and accountability for performance, culture and delivery outcomes.
Develop and manage a strategic roadmap focused on reducing fragmentation and consolidating platforms.
