Job summary

Zebra Technologies seeks a Senior Manager of Program Management in its Professional Services organization to lead delivery of Zebra solutions for clients. You will directly and indirectly manage program management, implementation, and cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and high-quality services.

You will engage client executives and partner across Zebra to align strategy and delivery. Must reside in the US near Kennesaw, GA, with a hybrid schedule and about 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years’ experience in program/project management, Professional Services delivery, SaaS implementations, or related customer-facing transformation roles.
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a direct people leadership role.
• Must reside in the US, within a drivable distance to Kennesaw, GA with a hybrid work setup.
• Approximately 25% travel (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program/project management teams and mentor direct reports.
• Oversee multiple client-facing projects and ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Develop and refine plans, risks, decisions, and status reporting for executives.
• Maintain strong client relationships at director, VP and C-level levels.
• Balance client needs with resources, budgets, and business outcomes.
