Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst in Richardson, TX for the Ci2 portfolio. You will lead cost control, PMB baselines, and reporting, partnering with program management to ensure accuracy and timely decision support.

Successful candidates will manage cost transfers, CFSR/IPMR submissions, and EAC processes while collaborating across functional teams. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of program controls experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management fundamentals or similar skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and finance/reporting tools.
• Active TS/SCI (or equivalent) security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and PMB reconciliation.
• Process cost transfers as required and generate cost/schedule performance reports.
• Prepare and submit CFSR, BMR, IPMR and other required program management reports.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for management and control accounts.
• Support internal revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC) reporting.
