Job summary

RTX, an RTX Company, seeks a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst in Richardson, TX to strengthen the Ci2 portfolio. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance and provides leadership in financial reporting and processes, collaborating with Program Management to drive efficiency.

You will generate CFSR, BMR, and IPMR reports, manage cost transfers, and support ad-hoc analyses while maintaining PMB baselines and revenue forecasting. This is an onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in Earned Value Management fundamentals or similar skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline including BCRs, LRE updates, and PMB reconciliation.
• Process cost transfers as required.
• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
