Job summary

RTX in Richardson, TX is seeking a Finance Program Controls Analyst to support the MSO portfolio and Taurus contract. This role develops budgets, cost control, and reporting, working with PMO, Program Management, and functional partners. A TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship are required, with the opportunity for career growth within RTX. The position offers a mix of independent and collaborative work on a large defense program, with a strong focus on accuracy, analysis, and timely

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant experience; 5+ years typically, or 3+ years with advanced degree.
Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship or transferability for clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Perform program budgeting, scheduling, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
Develop quarterly EACs; analyze ETC, EAC, and LRE projections.
Prepare and support financial CDRLs for customer submittals.
Create program review materials for Raytheon leadership and Government customers.
Support WBS upkeep and job cost accumulation; assist manpower planning and forecasting.
Provide PMO and CAMs with internal cost and schedule performance reports.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and financial verifications.
