The ideal candidate has 2+ years in finance/accounting, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and an active Secret clearance. Relocation assistance is available; this is a full-time, onsite opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, & PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment while multi-tasking.
• Typically requires 2 years professional finance/accounting work experience.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Active and in-scope (Secret) U.S. security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The Advanced Effectors (AE) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an onsite program controls analyst. The analyst will support a key franchise competitive win for Raytheon, currently awarded at approximately $1.5B, with additional unexercised options to be priced. This analyst will be joining the program at a very critical and exciting time as the program is currently proposing a large follow-on contract expected this year.

You will work closely with finance management in supporting contractual Earned Value implementation. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, and meet deadlines. This candidate is detail focused, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully executes. This is a challenging and rewarding role with tremendous opportunity for experience and growth.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
