Job summary

The Senior Program Coordinator at Tulane University works with the Assistant Director to implement and support the Service-Learning Program. Duties include providing individualized support to service-learning faculty, coordinating service projects, orientations, trainings, and student leadership development.

They work closely with the Center’s staff on supervision of Service Learning Assistants and help with planning around strategic initiatives of the Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ community and student development experience, or
• High School Diploma with 8 years’ community and student development experience.
• Preferred: service-learning or higher education student leadership development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to service-learning faculty.
• Coordinate service projects, orientations, trainings, and student leadership development.
• Supervise assigned Service Learning Assistants.
• Collaborate with Center leadership on strategic initiatives.
