Job summary

Tulane University seeks a Learning Specialist to lead coordination and promotion of cross-departmental learning resources for students, faculty, and staff. This role will plan outreach initiatives to support the delivery of learning support resources across campus.

Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with Goldman Center staff to provide accommodations services for students with LD/ADHD, addressing diverse needs and challenges in academic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• 2 years' experience working with students who have learning differences.
• Professional training in the identification and remediation of learning and other disabilities in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote cross-departmental learning resources.
• Plan and execute outreach to promote learning support resources.
• Support provision of reasonable accommodations services for students with LD/ADHD.
• Work individually with students and in group settings.

Education
