Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or similar field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with people with Developmental Disabilities and 3 years of progressive management experience.
• Valid/current driver’s license and annual background screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision, coaching, feedback, and evaluation to Residential Managers.
• Assist the Director of Residential Services with payroll preparation.
• Ensure and monitors residents' progress toward objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) for ISP planning and implementation.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and court appearances as required.
• Oversee health care functions including medical appointments, medication administration, and documentation.
