Job summary
A nonprofit organization based in Chicago is seeking a full-time Coordinator of Residential Services. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of six Community Integrated Living Arrangements. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and assisting in staff training. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Human Services, relevant experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Qualifications
Two years of prior experience with the Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) population preferred.
Completion of DSP certification training program preferred but not required.
Current valid Illinois driver's license and proof of insurance required.
Responsibilities
Support management of six Community Integrated Living Arrangements.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and staffing of all homes.
Assist in training of Direct Support Personnel.
Skills
Fluent verbal and written English
Fluent verbal and written Spanish
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnights
Flexibility and ability to work all shifts
Physical ability to lift/move objects up to 40 pounds
Education
BA/BS in Human Services field from an accredited institution
