Job summary

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in human services or social services.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of assigned persons supported planning and to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain knowledge of oversight and supervision requirements under the care plan.
• Schedule medical appointments and ensure nurse forms are completed.
• Assist in medical emergencies, including transportation to appointments and coordination with nursing staff.
• Supervise all Direct Care Staff.
• Support hiring and training of direct care staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct relevant training as needed.
