Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with people with Developmental Disabilities and 3 years of progressive management experience.
• Must possess valid/current driver’s license and annual clearance of the agency background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision, coaching, feedback and evaluation to Residential Managers.
• Assist the Director of Residential Services with payroll.
• Ensures ISP components and related plans are completed and compliant.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) on PCP/ISP processes and meetings.
• Coordinates service delivery, case management, and waiver authorizations as needed.
• Oversees staff training, orientation, and documentation for all direct care staff.
