Job summary

The University of Wyoming is seeking a Program Coordinator, Senior in the VP for Research & Economic Development Office to coordinate division-wide initiatives, manage grants, and support internal seed competitions. This on-campus role requires strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities for division initiatives and sponsored projects, including timelines and logistics.
• Plan and administer division programs, workshops, meetings, and events across constituencies.
• Develop program communications, website content, and outreach materials.
• Track activity, maintain records, and prepare reports to support assessment and decision-making.
• Support budget-related processes and workflow improvements for assigned projects.
