Jacobs is seeking a Program Controls Reporting Manager in Baltimore to lead enterprise reporting for a major rail infrastructure program. You will drive policy, cadence, and dashboards that translate cost, schedule, risk, and forecast data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities include automating outputs with Power BI, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with Finance and Program Leadership. A hybrid in-person presence is required in the program office three days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, project management, or related discipline.
• 8 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
• PMP certification or relevant project controls/reporting credentials.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Primavera P6, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of federal reporting standards and large-scale capital programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain program-wide reporting policies, procedures, templates, and tools aligned with cost, schedule, and scope controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance reports with integrated data.
• Design and maintain interactive, role-based dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and traceability.
• Act as liaison between Program Controls, Finance, and Program Leadership for cohesive narratives.
