Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Schedule Manager in Baltimore, MD to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for rail and transit projects. You will work within an IPO, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to keep programs on track and informed with performance insights.

The role requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, CPM understanding, and experience in program management offices. Onsite work at the Baltimore IPO is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction/project management.
• Extensive scheduling experience on engineering, infrastructure, or transportation projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules across lifecycle.
• Understanding CPM, baseline management, and schedule performance reporting.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple contracts and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Support scheduling activities across large-scale rail, transit, transportation, and capital programs.
• Develop integrated schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover.
• Coordinate with PMs, construction managers, design teams, contractors, owner force accounts, and stakeholders.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and risk assessments.
• Monitor milestones and KPIs to identify impacts, delays, and risks.
• Prepare schedule updates, dashboards, progress reports, and controls deliverables.
• Communicate schedule performance using charts and visual tools.
• Collaborate in a matrixed program environment for major infrastructure investments.
• Sit onsite at the Integrated Program Office in Baltimore, MD.
