Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: MA PE or ability to obtain.
• Experience with MassDOT Design Build projects and roadway design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program controls activities for medium-sized programs or defined elements.
• Coordinate across multiple projects to align with program objectives.
• Identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure resource availability and utilization.
• Define and refine program-level objectives with senior leadership.
• Provide guidance to project controls teams and oversee project elements.
• Monitor risk mitigation effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
