Qualifications

• BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business with 10 years of related experience or equivalent
• Including 2 years of leadership
• Masters degree preferred
• Strong experience with PMIS
• Experience with large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure
• Experience in integration of controls - scope, cost, schedule, risk reporting
• Experience in PowerBI report tailoring for program needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, strategically significant programs
• Provide senior-level guidance for program controls activities in line with executive objectives
• Coordinate across multiple projects within the program for seamless integration
• Identify and address critical interdependencies between projects
• Counsel and oversee project controls teams with meticulous element management
• Communicate with project teams, stakeholders and senior leadership with actionable updates
• Implement and maintain stringent control measures for program integrity
• Develop standardized processes to enhance program efficiency across all phases
• Conduct regular program performance assessments and risk analyses with strategic recommendations
• Foster accountability and professional development within the controls team
• Present updates to multiple stakeholders clearly and concisely
