Qualifications

• BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business plus 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 2 years of leadership.
• Preferred: Masters degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience with PMIS and large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure.
• Experience in integration of controls - scope, cost, schedule, risk reporting.
• Experience in PowerBI report tailoring for program specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, strategically significant programs.
• Provide senior-level guidance for program controls activities aligned with executive objectives.
• Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure seamless integration with program goals.
• Conduct analyses to identify critical interdependencies between projects.
• Advise project controls teams and ensure meticulous management of elements.
• Communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership with actionable updates.
• Develop and enforce standardized processes to enhance program efficiency.
• Conduct regular program performance assessments and risk analyses with corrective recommendations.
