Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Manager for a critical leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex programs in Arlington, VA. You will direct program controls, provide senior guidance, and coordinate across multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

BA/BS in PM, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years of related experience, including 2 years in leadership.
Experience with PMIS and Power BI is preferred.
Experience in large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, complex programs.
Provide authoritative senior-level guidance for program controls activities.
Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program goals.
Identify interdependencies and deliver risk analyses with actionable recommendations.
Communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership with clarity.
