Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Finance Program Controls professional for the Collins Aerospace business. You will develop performance baselines, manage CWBS, and analyze cost/schedule performance to provide actionable insights to leadership.

You will collaborate with program teams and external customers on cost data, prepare EACs, and support AOP/SFP efforts while ensuring compliance and timely deliverables in a dynamic, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required; advanced degree preferred with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis is required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and software is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables and lookups).
• Knowledge of SAP, Deltek Cobra and related financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop PMBs for earned value and project management.
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary to structure work.
• Analyze program cost and schedule performance; identify trends and insights.
• Prepare and review Estimates at Complete (EACs) and support forecasts.
• Collaborate with PM to assess risks and opportunities.
• Interact with customers to prepare and review cost/schedule data.
• Perform variance analysis of monthly sales, costs, profit, and milestones.
• Support annual operating and strategic financial planning efforts.
• Provide compliance support for audits.
