Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance and Control Analyst to ensure effective financial planning, analysis, and control for development programs. You will partner with program teams to deliver insightful financial data and support decision-making in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The role emphasizes EV management, CWBS maintenance, and collaboration with the PLT to drive program success and compliance across both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in program controls or financial analysis.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop PMB for earned value and project management.
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary.
• Analyze program cost/schedule performance and identify trends.
• Prepare and review EACs and provide financial support.
• Collaborate with Program Management to assess risks and opportunities.
• Interacts with external customers for cost/schedule data items.
• Perform variance analysis of monthly sales, costs, and milestones.
• Support annual plans and strategic financial planning.
• Assist with audits and compliance.
